1. Agreement Between You and Our Team

When you download and use Teen Patti Club, you agree to follow the house rules written on this page. Our platform is operated by TPC Gaming Technologies Pvt Ltd.

These rules exist so that every game stays safe, fun, and fair for all players across India.

2. Who Can Play (Age & State Rules)

You Must Be 18 or Older: Teen Patti Club is made strictly for adults. School students and minors are not allowed to join cash tables. We check your PAN or Aadhaar card before money withdrawals to verify your age.
7 Restricted States: Because local state governments have specific laws against real-money gaming, people living in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Meghalaya cannot play on real cash tables. If you live in these states, you can only play practice chips.
Do Not Use VPNs: Please do not try to change your state location using VPN apps. Our system detects location proxies and will freeze the account.

3. Fair Play Rules (No Cheating Allowed)

We take fairness very seriously. The following actions will get an account banned permanently:

Only One Account: Each player is allowed only one account. Do not create 5 fake accounts to get sign-up bonuses.
No Cheating Apps or Bots: Using auto-clickers, card guessing scripts, or modified APKs will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
No Teaming Up (Collusion): Two friends sitting on the same table talking on phone calls to share cards is strictly caught by our system telemetry and both accounts will be terminated.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

Our company follows Indian laws. If there is ever any legal disagreement between a player and our company, it will be handled under the laws of India in the courts of New Delhi.
