What Happens If Your Phone Disconnects During a Round?
We know that mobile internet in India can sometimes drop unexpectedly or lag when you are on a train or in a weak network area. Here is how our app protects you:
- 30-Second Reconnect Timer: If your internet drops during your turn, our game waits 30 seconds for your phone to come back online.
- Automatic Auto-Fold: If you cannot get back online before your timer runs out, the game automatically folds (packs) your cards. This protects your wallet so you don't keep paying extra chaal chips without seeing the round.
- Server Technical Problems: If our own game server ever crashes or has a technical glitch while you are playing, the round is cancelled and all your chips are returned back to your balance immediately.
Money Debited From Bank But Chips Not Added?
Sometimes when you recharge using PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm, the bank server takes money from your account, but their system is slow to tell our game server. Don't worry, your money is never lost!

How to Contact Us for Refund Help
If your money did not show up in the game, open your bank app, copy the 12-digit UPI Reference / UTR Number, and email it to [email protected]. Our customer support will check the bank gateway and fix it quickly.
